Case Study: Cowleys Pest Services

"Integrity, Credibility, Professional, Experienced"

We knew Patrick Quigley from his days at Residex and also knew he was a person of integrity. And also knew he was one hell of a salesman. When he went out on his own, it was an easy decision for me where to get sales training. We knew Patrick walked the walk in our industry for years as a salesman. We knew he built his training programs from his own experience in the pest control industry.

The foundation of all his programs comes from years of experience selling pest control services, not something else. His programs are specifically for our industry. That meant a lot to us. We had many challenges. Our first challenge was for my brother and I to learn how to sell pest control services. We are natural salesmen but we had never sold pest control before. Patrick taught us his system.
Other challenges included learning how to hire, manage and train salespeople as our business grew.

Patrick has helped us in the following areas as well:

Residential Division
Sales Representatives
Commercial Division
Selling Technicians
Management
Customer Service
Ownership
Mold Treatment and Prevention

We are very pleased with the results. Patrick not only trained my brother and I, he has trained every salesperson we have hired in the past 20 years. He has also trained a number of our Technicians on how to up sell. At some time in the near future, he will be training us on how to hire a Sales Manager and then training that person. Our business has grown significantly in the last 20 years. Many factors have contributed to that grown. Sales Training by Design being one of them.

Our business has grown over 3,500% in the last 20 years. There are a lot of factors that have contributed to that growth percentage. Patrick Quigley and Sales Training by Design is one of them. Integrity, credibility, professional, experienced. It's been a great experience for 20 years and we look forward working with Patrick for years to come.
